If you are a fan and bear all of Harold Lloyds available DVDs…you may have virtually all the clips on this compilation but I do and maybe in this ADD world its nice to have a “greatest hits” of sorts to throw in the DVD player when you aren’t as alive to in character and epic and objective want to be remined of Mr Lloyd’s particular genius. For those out there who don’t possess the staggeringly astounding newline Box Dwelling….this is a grand intro…if you catch yourself wanting more after this…that’s the region to go..and if this turns out to be a curiosity..you saved mammoth bucks.
The quality of the prints isn’t quite up to the enormous box area standards..but generally they are blooming gracious, certainly miles ahead of the kinescopes of 50’s TV if that helps.
